Bats are nocturnal, flying mammals that inhabit dark, secluded places. They feed mainly on insects and/or fruit. They are very beneficial but can also be a nuisance when they roost in your home or business. Bats are considered a health concern due to the fact some are infected with rabies and bat feces (guano) can be harmful to those with weakened immune systems.

Opossums are nocturnal and are the only marsupial native to the United States. They are omnivores which means they eat almost anything. They are considered a nuisance because they invade our living spaces, dig through trash and eat pet food.

Raccoons are nocturnal and extremely adaptive animals. They traditionally prefer wooded areas with fresh water and ample food sources but adapt to other surroundings and make dens in our living spaces. Raccoons are nuisance pests because of their ability to invade our living areas and are a cause for health concern because they are carriers of rabies.
